Here is the PIF challenge i am having. I explained it in my last post but i don't think i worded it right. LOL
Here is how it works.
The first 6 people that post a comment to this post, expressing interest in being part of my PIF challenge, will get something stitched and finished by me between now and Dec. 31, 2008.
In turn you must start a PIF, posting to your blog the same challenge and accept 6 people to send a PIF to. Then they do it to their blog and so on and so on.
A place to share my passion of stitching, friends, family and other fun stuff.

A few more finishes for January
I have finished up a couple pieces. One has been a UFO for a little while but finally got it finished. CEC Red White and Blue, just needs to go to the framer and then sent to the family of the soldier.
I also finished up a RR square, LK stamp, April. That was a fun stitch. I also just stitched in the last couple days, A Little Love by Plum Pudding. I used silkweaver 28ct Solo, peachy/pink with GAST Pomegranate, the colors were perfect for this piece. The other piece is from the PALS convention in Myrtle Beach this past Oct. It was from the M Designs class and will be made into a bourse, just not sure of the backing fabric yet. I will post those pics later, i need some help deciding.
It's a rainy day here in Arizona, which is unusual for us. I LOVE it! doesn't happen very often. It is suppose to be like this all weekend, perfect for sitting and stitching. I need to finish up my border blocks for my new RR that is starting very shortly. THere is also a quilter, sewing convention in town this weekend I am hoping to go to. I don't quilt nor do i sew but i still love going and buying fabric for my little pieces that i can do. LOL Plus there is usually one of the small cross stitch shops there, it's usually just a nice day out. The boys will all be out Javelina hunting this weekend and the girls work. sigh..... quiet time. This will be the boys first hunt with bow and arrow, so i hope they do well.
Also, please post in my comments if you would like to be a part of my PIF for the year of 2008. I am lucky enough to be one of Michele's PIF recipients for this year (2008). The first 6 people to post their interest in receiving something made by me by 12/31/08, and will also do the same for 6 people on their own. I will post the list on this blog once i have the individuals. This should be a fun PIF for the year.
well, gotta go stitch and do a little more laundry, it's neverending.

A couple more finishes from 2007
It's a new year!
Let's see if the pic of my finished Miss Mary Mack by La D Da works. I stitched it on 32ct Pink Glow from silkweavers.
Happy New Year everyone! Well, it's 2008 already, time sure flies. I have many new finishes from 2007 but just haven't gotten them all posted to the computer yet. I managed to finish up 3 or 4 UFO's in December. WOOHOO!!! Caitie, my 16yr old, finished up 3 quilt squares for Cole's quilts, pluto for herself and working on her big Mickey Mouse piece every chance she gets.
This was the first New Year's Eve in a long time that Doug and I didn't go over to friend's or have them over, everyone was sick. :( So Doug and I went to Red Lobster for dinner then home for the night. He was going out really early on the 1st Javalina hunting so he called it an early night. He did get his Javalina first thing in the morning (all 3 guys did), very successful hunt. The boys turn at the end of the month.
